Goal: To restore trust in government through transparency, accountability, and citizen participation.

a). Fight Corruption:
– Establish an independent anti-corruption task force with prosecutorial powers.
– Implement e-governance systems to reduce human interaction in public service delivery.
– Ensure that all government contracts are publicly available for scrutiny.

b). Decentralization:
– Empower local governments to manage resources and deliver services effectively.
– Increase funding to local governments to address grassroots needs.

c). Citizen Engagement:
– Create platforms for citizens to participate in decision-making processes.
– Regularly hold town hall meetings to listen to the concerns of ordinary Ugandans.
